Welcome to Pines Cara Park

Peaceful Living in the Heart of Suburban Convenience

Pines Cara Park is a long-term residential community designed for adults who value peace, privacy, and a slower, more thoughtful pace of life. Tucked away in a quiet suburban setting just 35 minutes from Brisbane CBD and around an hour from the Sunshine Coast, our park offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.

We’re proud to foster a respectful, adult-focused community where many residents have lived for decades. While children are welcome to visit, we are not a child- or pet-friendly park, and each site is limited to two residents to help preserve the quiet, community atmosphere.

Everyday essentials are just a short walk away. Supermarkets including Aldi, Woolworths, and Coles are nearby, along with Australia Post, a bakery, doctor’s surgery, satellite hospital, day and night chemist, public transport, and a nearby train station. Whether you're taking care of errands or simply enjoying the area, everything is within easy reach. Shared spaces are carefully maintained to support a peaceful and pleasant lifestyle. Residents enjoy a saltwater swimming pool, manicured gardens and lawns, coin-operated laundry facilities, a communal park area, and a “swap and drop” book and DVD library. To ensure safety and peace of mind, security cameras are in place throughout all communal areas, and access gates are secured by key or code. Our 24-hour on-site managers are also available for emergencies and general support.

Our accommodation options are flexible to suit your lifestyle, with cabins, units, caravan and annex setups, powered sites (each with a private ensuite), and a range of manufactured homes available. Whether you’re downsizing or settling into long-term comfort, we have a space for you.

Pines Cara Park isn’t just a place to live—it’s a place to feel at home. If you're seeking a calm, secure, and welcoming community, we invite you to discover what makes our park such a special place to call home.
